Mahoning County Child Support Enforcement Division (CSED)
The Mahoning County Child Support Agency is a joint effort involving federal, state and local agencies administered in Ohio by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, Office of Child Support (OCS). Child support services, shall be available for all OWF (Ohio Works First), Medicaid or IV-E foster care applicants or recipients upon referral, and to any other person upon request.
Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership (MYCAP)
Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership, once known as Youngstown Area Community Action Agency is a non-profit organization incorporated by the state of Ohio in 1965. It was established for the express purpose of mobilizing and utilizing resources to increase the quality of life for low-income residents of Mahoning County.
